Arrivals and departures

The apartments are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case of early departure or late arrival, does not operate price reductions.

Booking confirmation

The validity of the reservation is subject to payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price for the entire period.

The payment must be made within 3 days of arrival by cash or bank transfer, not being accepted checks.

Cancellation - termination
Reservations can be canceled only by writing; if made up to 30 days before the day of arrival, the deposit will be returned, otherwise it will be retained.

Extra services

- for the final cleaning of the kitchen at the time of departure will be charged € 50.00;

- weekly cleaning, on request, excluding kitchen € 25.00;

- rental of bed linen and towels, on request;

- guide for trekking and/or hiking in the area, on request;

- transfer to and from the train station, airport and local tours, on request.

Smoking

Smoking in not allowed inside the apartments.
